Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

This notice explains how the CryptoNeb editorial website handles personal information. “CryptoNeb” is the publication name; this notice does not represent it as a registered company. Questions about this notice or the responsible operator can be sent through the contact form.

Information handled

  • Contact messages: optional name, reply email address, message content, submission time, and limited anti-spam/security data.
  • Technical request data: IP address, request path, browser or user-agent details, response status, and timestamps may appear in web-server, hosting, or CDN security logs.
  • Administrative cookies: WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administrators. CryptoNeb did not identify a public analytics or advertising-cookie service during the September 23, 2026 service review.

Do not submit wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive financial information.

Why information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, respond to messages, handle correction and privacy requests, and maintain editorial records. Depending on the request and applicable law, processing is based on legitimate operational and security interests, taking steps at the requester’s direction, or consent where consent is specifically requested.

Service providers and international processing

CryptoNeb uses hosting and network infrastructure needed to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may process request and security data as the site’s CDN and security provider. WordPress, The SEO Framework, and WP Super Cache operate within the site installation. The contact form stores submissions locally in WordPress; no SMTP notification, external CRM, file-upload service, public REST endpoint, or marketing subscription is used for those messages.

Infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than the visitor’s country. Their safeguards and retention practices are governed by their service terms and applicable law.

Retention

Web-server logs are rotated daily with 14 retained rotations on the current origin configuration. CDN and infrastructure logs follow the relevant provider and account settings. Contact messages remain in the private inbox while unresolved. After an administrator marks a message resolved, it is scheduled for permanent deletion after 90 days. Legal, security, or dispute-related records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.

Sharing

Information may be available to authorized administrators and infrastructure providers supporting the site. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect the site or users, or to investigate abuse. CryptoNeb does not state that information is never shared and does not sell contact-form submissions or use them for a marketing list.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Use the contact form and provide enough information to locate the relevant message. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

Security and changes

Reasonable access controls, request filtering, rate limiting, and private administrative storage are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when the site’s services or data practices change; the date above identifies the current version.

This operational notice has not been represented as a substitute for legal advice or as confirmation that all jurisdiction-specific operator disclosures have been completed.
